The Hybrid Nanoscale Systems Research Group led by Linbo Shao explores integrated multi-physics systems for signal processing, sensing, and quantum information. We are developing integrated hybrid devices combining optics, acoustics, microwave, and diamond defect centers. Our interests span physics, design, fabrication, measurements, packaging, and system development of hybrid classical and quantum platforms on lithium niobate, diamond, and other emerging material platforms.
